Unique One-off Designs (Ready-to-wear) For most Rossetti couture orders, fabrics and trimmings are ordered from various specialist silk and lace manufacturers. These are typically chosen by the client at the consultation stage from Rossetti stock or swatch books.
However, over the years, Rossetti has amassed many special fabrics and trimmings; often ends-of-lines, remnants or totally unique one-off pieces such as vintage lace and antique textiles. These have been combined in corset designs which are one-of-a-kind, unique garments. Styles which are frequently laced at the back, such as the flattering 19th century corset, offer a degree of flexibility of fit. These exclusive corsets are in specific sizes; measurements are shown with each design. There are several ways to purchase one of these corsets:
A. If the measurements shown are appropriate for you, your chosen corset, in perfect unworn condition, can be purchased and couriered to you.
B. For a returnable hire fee, an exact replica toiled version of the corset of your choice may be hired for a defined amount of time. You can check the fit and style at home yourself, before returning the toile and choosing whether to buy the actual mint condition corset.
C. You may book a forty minute appointment at the Rossetti studio to try on the toiled version of the corset (in calico/ drill, but fully boned) of the corset. You will be able to see the actual corset "in-the-flesh", but will not be able to try it on.

Swatches of the corset fabrics can be sent out on request, but this can lead to delays.
The overall policy has to be one of "first-come-first-served".
This is not the full Rossetti service, and is consequently, reflected in the price of the options above. If you are inspired by these shapes but would like to take your time to discuss alternative design possibilities, or if you are outside the sizes covered, a couture order is advised instead.
Any of the design shapes shown can be reproduced as couture orders, made-to-measure to any size. Fabrics and trimmings can be repeated, only if available. No two designs will be exactly repeated.
These corsets are made to the same standards as the couture gowns and corsets shown on this site. They have been designed for those searching for a wedding corset which can later be worn with jeans for a special night out. These exclusive corsets are in specific sizes; measurements are shown with each design.
Please contact if you would like further information.
If you are very tempted by a particular design, but nothing held in stock is of a suitable size, these gowns can be treated as made-to-measure orders but it must be accepted that identical fabrics and trims cannot be guaranteed. Some very special gowns are held "in house" at the Rossetti studio and are not shown on the web site. This is your opportunity to find an extremely individual and unique design, often incorporating antique embroideries and textiles and unrepeatable fabrics. Due to the inevitable nature of plagerism on the internet I have found it preferable not to display every design available on the web-site!
